The annual rate is $125. A bill is sent in May and is due June 1st of that year. A 30-day grace period is given before interest and/or liens will apply. This pays for our insurance, weed spraying, snow removal, ditch cleaning, tree trimming, road maintenance and any projects or supplies requested by members and approved by Board.
