The annual rate is $125.  A bill is sent in May and is due June 1st of that  year.    A 30-day  grace period  is  given before  interest  and/or  liens  will apply. This pays for our insurance, weed spraying, snow removal, ditch cleaning, tree trimming and road maintenance.

Call or email a Board member or a Voting Officer if there is a problem with your payment or you wish to make arrangements.  (See non-payment guidelines below.)
